Main Message
Your key message on your home page is vague and non-compelling. Recommend changing it
from "Cleaning is our business" to: "We provide you with excellence in cleaning services
and a dedicated team of professional who take pride in their work."Branding/Logo
Logo looks unprofessional because of it's complexity, jagged edges and colour use, and
doesn't present your brand in a good light to potential customers.
Recommend having the logo redesigned and remove the round icon above the
letter - it doesn't have a clear purpose.
Imagery
Rethink the use of imagery in relation to your branding values. The
use of the chess images are repetitive and clichéd. Recommend using images incorporating people
in the services section and images showcasing your portfolio in the
products section. This will help to create an emotional and personal
connection with your audience. Navigation
The navigation presentation is consistent but the graphical buttons
don't look clickable, and user may mistake them for graphics and not
buttons.
Recommend using text navigation on a shaded background with a roll-over
to indicate that it is a link.
