Important confidentiality notice
The information (known hereinafter as "The Report") contained on all sheets of this
report constitutes confidential information of
Gamma Ezoo Pty Ltd or its affiliates (collectively known
hereinafter as "WebGenesis") and is provided for evaluation
purposes only.
In consideration of receipt of The Report, the recipient
agrees to maintain such information in confidence and to not
reproduce or otherwise disclose this information to any
person outside the group directly responsible for evaluation
of its contents, unless otherwise authorised by WebGenesis
in writing.

Interpretation
The Report is not a contractual offer or commitment to
provide products or services. Any business relationship
between WebGenesis and your company will only be
established, and shall be subject to, a formal written
contract signed by the appropriate representatives from each
party.
Indemnification and Limit of Liability
You agree to hold harmless and indemnify WebGenesis, and its
subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, and employees
from and against any third party claim arising from or in
any way related to your use of The Report, including any
liability or expense arising from all claims, losses,
damages (actual and consequential), suits, judgments,
litigation costs and attorneys' fees, of every kind and
nature.
Refund Policy
We may provide a refund if the customer provides a valid
reason why the goods do not match the sample, or aren't as
described. First we will endeavor to rectify
any dissatisfaction with the purchased service, or offer a credit to the
same value. You must notify us
within seven days of the receipt of The Report. You are not entitled
to a refund if you simply change your mind. WebGenesis reserves the right to modify these terms and
conditions from time to time and will make available any
such changes by posting them to the internet. Any such
changes are effective from the date they are so posted.
This contract is governed by the laws in force in the state
of New South Wales in the Commonwealth of Australia.
