Our mission is to
provide you with the most effective online web solution that is the
perfect fit with your business requirements. To do this
effectively, we will ask you a lot of questions about your
business. Working closely with you allows us to create a
detailed plan to fully document all parts of your web project.
Before we commit anything to code, we provide you with a
detailed information architecture document that includes a site map, and a "wire
frame" representation of all the unique templates required to build your
website.
This helps to ensure that nothing
is overlooked. Without this plan, any additional
requirements that are discovered after your site is in the development stage,
could become costly to implement. It's like building a house without a plan, and
deciding after the kitchen has been built that you want to move it downstairs.
Not a cost effective way to proceed.
After our discussions and preliminary scoping of your requirements,
we provide you with a fixed price quote for Stage 1
(architecture and creative - see below). We also provide you with an
estimate for Stage 2 (web development - see below).
Often during the information
scoping of Stage 1, new requirements can emerge as part of
this process.
We can also discover that some requirements may become
redundant. For this reason, we only provide you with an estimate
for Stage 2 until Stage 1 is complete.
The extent of this scoping phase is relative to the size of the project.
Every stage of our
process has a definite beginning and end, and all work is
approved by you before moving to the next stage. This
eliminates any possibility of miscommunication, and ensures
that the end result is exactly as described.
