Our Business Plus and Professional packages come with a Contact form that allows
visitors to your website to submit an enquiry. The details from the
form submission are emailed to your nominated email address
(more than one can be nominated), and the customer is also sent
an email confirming the enquiry details.
All our forms can have required fields, and all our forms are
protected from spam bots.

We can provide you with secure web hosting at competitive rates. All plans can use up to 50 email accounts.
Our monthly rate for hosting is $19.99 (plus GST). We will
bill you 6 months in advance.
Domain Registration
We can also arrange domain registration for you as part of the cost for
the Business Plus and Professional plans. For the Business plan, the cost is $45
(plus GST) for two years.
Domain Name Delegation and Hosting setup
This is all taken care of for you as part of the service. All you need to do is
to provide us with your domain details if you have an existing domain name. We
can also arrange to transfer your hosting to our servers.
Data Storage Space
Your hosting plan provides you with a generous 500MBs of disk space for your
website and your email accounts.
Email Addresses
We can set up your initial email addresses for you (up to 5 email accounts), or
we can set up a re-direct to another email address if required. We provide you
with the information required to set up or re-configure your email accounts in
Outlook. You will be provided with login access to your CPanel to manage your
email accounts for the Business Plus and Professional plans.
Note: You can choose to have your site hosted elsewhere but there
may be an additional cost to install and
setup your website on another server.

We are confident that any support issues will be limited, as we provide reliable
hosting, and the content management tool is so simple to use, that training is
rarely required. You can contact us during business hours by phone for urgent matters, or email for general questions.

All plans are paid in two equal payments:
- 1st payment: On commencement of project and due before project starts.
- 2nd payment: Invoiced on completion of website build and due within 7
days.
Our terms are seven days, and payments must be made by EFT or cheque.
